	Mowhay is a stone built single storey cottage. It has a sitting/dining room with large original stone fireplace and woodburner. A small kitchen, double bedroom leading to bathroom and twin bedroom. The twin bedroom leads out onto a private enclosed garden (also accessible from the front of the cottage) with seating (and barbecue available). Newly refurbished, Mowhay is a listed, stone-built cottage which was the original 19th century piggery for the farm. Cosy and comfortable, the accommodation comprises: sitting/dining room with log burner, colour TV and video recorder; the kitchen has a full size cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer; Bathroom with overhead shower; double bedroom and twin bedroom with bunks and a door to the private garden. Bed linen and towels are included. Mowhay has full central heating, parking for two cars and a large enclosed garden with garden furniture. All on one level, it s suitable for the partially disabled. Heating inclusive from 15th May to 15th September (£15 per week at other times).
